Thanks guys, I can't believe how many of these companies I meet every day. I visited an agency the other day who literally does nothing in house, they outsource all to India. I knew a few of their ex customers from day to day life and they had nothing good to say about them, yet the comparison sites boast how amazing their service level is...... turn it up!

Most of them talk so much dribble. When it comes to answering simple questions they purposely overcomplicate their answer and pop in acronyms and buzz words in wherever they can in an effort to overwhelm you so that you'll hire their services. So true dude, Internet industry is bristling with snake oil salespeople, who also are self proclaimed 'experts' in SEO. A lot of decisions though are made by playing eeny miny mo by clients!

I was introduced the other day to someone who claims to be an expert in everything online. He was 22yrs old and assured us on his site (which had a badly posed photo of him with his shades on) that he is an expert in 'digi'.

Apparently digital is too long a word now, I give up. Obviously I am the equivalent of grandpa simpson now : )
